Snowy Escape

I had to leave at dawn to try to make it to the train.

I wanted escape, I wanted to be free again without restraints.

Not only was I in a mental prison, I felt like I had physical bars around me as well.

His words spider-webbed around my head and my heart.

Sometimes I find it funny that words can hurt worse than physical pain.

Words last, bruises heal.

Must go now, as I am sure he has sent hunters after me.
